The AYP Scholarship Fund

Creating Opportunities for Those in Need

Part of the mission of The AYP is to create oppor tunities for students to become cer tified teachers. Yoga Teacher Training can be expensive, and not all students who wish to become teachers can af ford it .

The AYP has created a scholarship fund to provide financial suppor t for underprivileged students to attend Yoga Teacher Training.

As a new organization as of Februar y 2020, The AYP is currently working to cover its star t up costs. As soon as additional funds become available, information will be posted here, as well as on The AYP ’s Instagram page (@ayp_dot _org).

In the meantime, if you’d like to suppor t us in our mission to provide financial aid, spread the word about The AYP or check out our online shop. 50 percent of proceeds go to the AYP Scholarship Fund

AS A REGISTERED 501(C)(6) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, THE ASSOCIATION OF YOGA PROFESSIONALS AIMS TO RECOGNIZE THOSE TEACHERS WHO POSSES THE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET TO TEACH YOGA EFFECTIVELY, AND TO CONNECT STUDENTS OR POTENTIAL STUDENTS OF YOGA WITH THOSE TEACHERS

Brent Laffoon founded The AYP to help share safe and high-quality yoga with the world. The AYP is committed to operating in accordance with yogic principles, and it is our pleasure and our honor to serve you.
